TAASTRUP, DENMARK — Auditdata A/S announced late last week that it has completed the acquisition of Canadian firm, Simply Hearing Software Inc. As a provider of clinic management systems, with a strong presence in North America and the Asia Pacific, the acquisition of Simply Hearing helps strengthen Audidata’s global position as a market leader of software solutions for both independent and enterprise level hearing retailers.
Established in 1992, Auditdata is an independent provider of office management systems and audiology equipment for hospital hearing care clinics and private practices. According to the press release, Auditdata supports the vast majority of hospitals in Scandinavia and the United Kingdom, as well as private companies such as Specsavers, GAES, Bay International, Audiofon and Audigy Group.
