“In planning for product launches, we collaborate with the Audiology, Marketing and Sales teams to develop a curriculum that allows our employees to educate customers efficiently and effectively, providing the knowledge customers need to succeed with the new technology and with their patients. For all of us at Oticon, learning and development is a collaborative process that focuses on helping our employees deliver on their goals and achieve their potential.”
