Starkey has been recognized by Ultimate Software with an Innovation Award. Given every year at the company’s Connections conference, the Innovation Awards recognize organizations that are on the leading edge of human capital management.

An independent research firm that has been providing impartial insights to the healthcare industry since 1996, KLAS measures the customer experience from 178 employers with worksite health centers.
The ranking is the result of high scores for loyalty, strength of partnership, engagement, and strategic expertise – “all of which are deeply-rooted values at Starkey”.
