VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON — 800 professionals representing independent hearing care and ear, nose, and throat practices across the U.S. and Canada gathered for intensive learning and discussions about the future of the industry during Audigy Summit 2021: Momentum, June 17 and 18.
The flagship event — a virtual experience for the second time in as many years — featured over 45 workshops and keynote presentations aimed to “help practices and their teams seize opportunities, conquer challenges, provide the highest levels of patient care, and continue sustainable growth in a post-COVID world”.

Leaning into the theme of “momentum,” the Summit covered topics ranging from branding, contracts, and financial recordkeeping to personal leadership, over-the-counter industry disruptors, and more, with many of the courses CEU-eligible. Inspiring keynote speakers such as tech entrepreneur Josh Linkner and motivational presenter Jon Acuff — both New York Times bestselling authors — helped round out the robust two-day program.
The Summit also offered breakout sessions with Audigy manufacturing partners ReSound, Starkey, Signia, Widex, and Oticon as well as an industry panel featuring Mikkel Knudsen, president at GN ReSound U.S.; Mike O’Neil, president of Signia; Gary Rosenblum, president of Oticon; David Molella, managing director at GN Hearing Care Canada; Søren Nielsen, president of Widex USA; and Brandon Sawalich, president and CEO of Starkey.
