EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA – Starkey has announced the promotion of Jessica Perez to the newly created role of Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of Culture. Perez is responsible for developing and executing people-centered strategies to support Starkey’s success.

Perez has been a vital leader within Starkey’s Human Resources Department since joining the company in 2010. During her 11 years with Starkey, she earned a track record of accomplishment through her work in the U.S. and with our 28 global facilities in aligning global business strategies.
Perez holds a B.S. in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College of California and an M.A. in Organizational and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota).
