DALLAS, TEXAS — Signia brought hearing care professionals together at COSM Dallas on September 18 to mark the U.S. launch of its Multi-adaptive Xperience (MaX) hearing aid platform. The event combined product demonstrations, an immersive theater presentation, a neuroscience keynote, and a rooftop drone show.
The launch focused on a challenge familiar to hearing care professionals and their patients: following conversations when several people are speaking in a noisy setting.
Pure Charge&Go MaX is the first hearing aid available on the platform in the United States.
A Launch Built Around “Live Noisy”
Attendees began the evening with hands-on demonstrations and discussions with Signia experts before entering COSM’s dome theater for a presentation on the platform. Dr. Poppy Crum, a neuroscientist and technologist, delivered a keynote connecting auditory perception, artificial intelligence, and human experience.

After dinner and further demonstrations, guests watched ORBITAL, an immersive film about Earth and the cosmos as seen through astronauts’ eyes. A custom rooftop drone show featuring Signia MaX imagery closed the event.
Signia framed the celebration around its “Live Noisy” message, which emphasizes participating in conversations and everyday activities without removing all the sound and energy from the surrounding environment.
“Signia MaX is our most important launch to date. Its four deep neural networks and Acoustic Intelligence mark a breakthrough in helping people participate in the conversations that matter most. Our hearing care partners have helped make Signia what it is today, and their expertise will be essential to making MaX a game changer for patients. This launch belongs to them, too. This event gave us the opportunity to recognize that partnership and set an ambitious course for what we can accomplish together.”

How Signia MaX Addresses Group Conversations
According to Signia, the MaX platform uses four adaptive technologies under its Acoustic Intelligence system: RealTime Conversation EnhancementAI, Own Voice ProcessingAI, Ambient Scene AdaptationAI, and Dynamic Noise ControlAI. The company says these systems work together to respond as speakers, background noise, and the listening environment change. Signia describes each feature on its Pure Charge&Go MaX product page.
Signia also reports that, in its research, 97% of wearers performed better with Signia MaX in noisy group conversations than with key competing products.1 The figure comes from a company white paper cited in the announcement; the release does not provide the study methods or sample size.
Jaysee A. Soto, HAS, BC-HIS, owner of Altamonte Family Hearing, described why that listening situation matters in practice:
“Patients often tell me how frustrating it is to lose track of a conversation when several people are talking. They want to catch the joke, join the discussion, and feel included. Exploring Signia MaX in Dallas with the WSA team and so many colleagues made this launch especially exciting. I left the event eager to introduce patients to Signia MaX and explore how it could help them feel more confident in life’s busiest, loudest moments.”
Signia MaX is available in the United States, beginning with Pure C&G MaX.
