The certification recognizes companies where employees report high levels of satisfaction and happiness in their work environment.

Amplifon attained the Most Loved Workplace® certification based on itsperformance on the Love of Workplace Index™, which assesses an organization’s ability to foster collaboration, align values, implement best practices, provide employee benefits, and create a sense of belonging and support.

The findings indicated a positive correlation between employee sentiment and productivity, with 94 percent of participants reporting that they accomplished three to four times more work for companies they loved, and 95 percent stating that they remained with beloved companies three to four times longer.
