Throughout her illustrious career, Nicole Malachowski has embraced change and broken down barriers. She has earned multiple accolades, such as being the first woman Thunderbird pilot, a combat veteran, fighter squadron commander, White House Fellow, and advisor. Additionally, she has been inducted into the National Women’s Hall of Fame. Despite commanding a successful career and balancing family responsibilities, she has faced stereotypes and overcome obstacles, including battling neurological tick-borne illness.
Malachowski’s selection as the keynote speaker for Reconnect ’24 aims to inspire attendees and demonstrate that they have the strength within themselves to confront challenges head-on and carve their own paths towards achieving their goals.
