This global award program recognizes women executives for their innovative initiatives and outstanding leadership.

For over two decades, Dr. Burdak has worked tirelessly to deliver impactful programs to Starkey’s global customer base. She is responsible for developing and aligning Starkey’s global audiology strategy, as it relates to education and training programs, clinical research, and government services work.
Bringing her clinical and educational background to the manufacturing space, Dr. Burdak has been able to pursue her passion for supporting the professional growth of women. Through her work with Starkey University, she also supports and encourages audiology students to pursue their dreams. In recognition of her impressive achievements, she has been named a Women MAKE Awards Honoree by the Manufacturing Institute, and a Notable Woman in STEM by Twin Cities Business Magazine over the past year.
