MILAN, ITALY – Amplifon has entered into a five-year sustainability-linked credit facility agreement with Intesa Sanpaolo, totaling €175 million. The financing consists of a €100 million revolving credit line and a €75 million term loan.
This agreement brings Amplifon’s total sustainability-linked financing, including revolving credit facilities, to €1 billion, underscoring the company’s ongoing commitment to integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors into its business and financial strategy. The facility includes a margin adjustment mechanism tied to the achievement of specific sustainability targets outlined in the company’s Sustainability Plan.
Through this new facility, Amplifon strengthens its liquidity position, diversifies its sources of funding, and extends the average maturity of its debt.
