MILAN, ITALY — More than 1,000 Amplifon employees across 26 countries participated in an internal initiative titled “75 Years of Emotions,” created to mark the 75th anniversary of the company’s founding. Amplifon, an Italian multinational hearing care company, was established in Milan in 1950 by Charles Holland.

The initiative ran for approximately three months and invited employees to submit photographs accompanied by short written reflections, in English or local languages. Together, the contributions provide insight into the company’s history, values, and workplace culture through the perspectives of its global workforce.

A selection of these submissions has been compiled into an e-book that traces Amplifon’s 75-year history through personal stories, images, and shared experiences. According to the company, the editorial project was designed to highlight the role of employees in supporting Amplifon’s mission of helping people rediscover the emotions of sound.

The complete e-book, Amplifon: 75 Years of Emotions, is available to view here
