MILAN/WARSAW – Amplifon has completed the acquisition of KIND Aparaty Słuchowe, the Polish subsidiary of the German KIND Group, which operates in the hearing healthcare retail sector.
Amplifon has acquired over 120 retail locations, including both direct street stores and part-time satellite stores, complementing its existing network of approximately 115 stores in Poland. The annual turnover of the acquired business is approximately €10 million. The acquired stores will be integrated into Amplifon’s network and operate under its brand.
