Amplifon is the only hearing care company featured in this year’s list.
The ranking highlights multinational companies that have demonstrated excellence in promoting gender equality and supporting women in the workplace. The results are based on an independent international survey of approximately 120,000 women employed in companies across 36 countries.
Evaluation criteria included equal career opportunities, management’s efforts to prevent discrimination, and initiatives aimed at closing the gender pay gap.
Amplifon’s inclusion in the World’s Top Companies for Women 2025 ranking builds on the company’s ongoing recognition for its commitment to gender equality. The company also received the Gender Equality Certification from Italy’s Winning Women Institute for the third consecutive year in 2025.
