BLUFFDALE, UTAH — Listen Technologies Corporation, a leading provider of advanced wireless listening solutions for 26 years, has announced the appointment of David Serpa as the organization’s new financial controller. In this role, Serpa will be responsible for managing accounting records, ensuring compliance with regulations, analyzing financial data, and overseeing accounting operations. He will report to Maile Keone, president and CEO of Listen Technologies and Ampetronic.
Serpa brings extensive experience in accounting, finance, and international trade and strategy from manufacturing and high-tech organizations. His expertise includes corporate financial planning and analysis, along with a deep understanding of accounting standards, including international financial reporting standards. Serpa is also skilled in audits, tax reporting, and implementing internal controls.

Before joining Listen Technologies, Serpa served as director of finance and corporate treasury at a direct sales organization.
