AURORA, ILLINOIS – Sonova USA Inc. announced today that it will discontinue its supply relationship with CQ Partners, LLC, effective September 13, 2025. The decision is part of Sonova’s ongoing strategy to streamline operations and focus on direct engagement with hearing care professionals. No disruption to existing customer services is anticipated.
CQ Partners, formed in 2021 through the merger of Consult YHN and EarQ, provides business and marketing solutions for hearing healthcare practices. It operates as an independent business within the Demant Group.
Following the transition, hearing instruments under the Phonak and Unitron brands will remain available to hearing care professionals previously supplied through CQ Partners. These professionals will be able to purchase directly from Sonova USA starting Monday, September 15, 2025.
To ensure a smooth transition and avoid potential supply interruptions, affected customers are encouraged to reach out to their Sonova account managers ahead of the September 13 transition date for support and guidance.
“We value the business relationship we’ve built with CQ Partners over the past three decades and wish them continued success”
–Greg Guggisberg, Senior Director of National Accounts at Sonova USA Inc
