Future Friday is getting a new name: Sound of Future. The future-focused programming of the annual EUHA Congress will continue under this new title, reflecting a modernized vision and refreshed experience.
Organizers—the European Union of Hearing Aid Acousticians (EUHA) and the Federal Association of the Hearing Aid Industry (BVHI)—are committed to enhancing the congress through innovative formats that elevate both content and attendee engagement.

From October 22–24, 2025, the EUHA Congress will take place at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre. Starting on Thursday, October 23, short-format presentations on future-oriented topics will be held in the EUHA Live Area in Hall 7. The dedicated Sound of Future Day will be on Friday, October 24.
A highlight of this year’s Sound of Future program will be two keynote presentations by renowned futurologists:
- Tristan Horx, speaking at 12:30 p.m. on “How we will work in the future – Attracting and retaining young talent with future skills”
- Anja Kirig, following at 1:15 p.m., on “Health as a resource: The future of prevention in hearing acoustics”
For the first time, presentations will be held on the EUHA Live Area stage, located at the heart of the industry exhibition, allowing visitors and exhibitors to attend without needing to travel between locations. All EUHA Live Area sessions will use a silent system via headphones and will offer simultaneous German-English and English-German translation.
The EUHA Live Area presentations are designed to complement the Scientific Lecture Programme, which will take place as usual in NCC East.
