MILAN, ITALY — Amplifon has been named to Forbes’ World’s Top Companies for Women 2026 ranking, marking the third consecutive year the global hearing care company has received the recognition.
Compiled by Forbes in collaboration with Statista, the annual ranking recognizes companies for their efforts to support gender equality, career development, and inclusive workplace practices. Amplifon was recognized in the Medical Equipment & Services category and, according to the company, is the only business from the audiology sector included in this year’s ranking.
Recognition Based on International Employee Survey
The 2026 ranking draws on an independent international survey of approximately 120,000 women working in more than 36 countries.
The evaluation considers several aspects of workplace equality, including professional development and career advancement opportunities for women, initiatives supporting inclusive work environments, and measures intended to reduce gender pay disparities.
Amplifon’s inclusion for the third consecutive year reflects its continued presence among companies recognized for their workplace policies and initiatives supporting women.
Additional Recognition for Gender Equality
The Forbes recognition follows the renewal of Amplifon’s Gender Equality Certification from the Winning Women Institute in 2026, marking the fifth consecutive year the company has received that certification.
The two recognitions highlight the company’s ongoing efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across its international operations.
The complete ranking is available through Forbes’ World’s Top Companies for Women.
