EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA — Audibel, a U.S. hearing care provider, has been named one of Newsweek’s America’s Best Customer Service 2026 award recipients. The recognition highlights Audibel’s focus on patient-centered care and service experiences across its nationwide network of clinics.

The America’s Best Customer Service 2026 rankings, conducted by Newsweek in partnership with Statista, are based on an independent survey of more than 200,000 U.S. customer evaluations. Brands were assessed on likelihood of recommendation and multiple service dimensions, including quality of communication, customer focus, professional competence, accessibility, and range of services.

According to the company, this is the third consecutive year Audibel has been recognized in the annual rankings, reflecting what it described as consistent performance and an ongoing emphasis on patient experience.

“This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of the people we serve. At Audibel, customer service isn’t a program—it’s a promise. Every interaction is grounded in listening, understanding, and delivering care with empathy, professionalism, and respect.”

–Steve Olson, Managing Director of Audibel
