COPENHAGEN, DENMARK — Auditdata has appointed Christoffer Spangenberg as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 25, 2026. Spangenberg will succeed Kurt Bager, who is leaving the company to pursue a new professional chapter.
Spangenberg currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Delivery at Auditdata and has been with the hearing care software company since 2019. During that time, he has led Auditdata’s commercial activities and delivery organization and has been involved in the company’s international partnerships and the development of its products and platforms.
In his new role, Spangenberg will oversee Auditdata’s continued development of technology supporting hearing care clinics and hospitals, with the company pointing to further investment in its clinical and commercial platforms and artificial intelligence as key priorities.

Leadership Transition
Spangenberg brings experience from the international software industry, having held senior leadership positions at several SaaS and IT companies. Before joining Auditdata, his roles included executive positions at Tia Technology, Experian, Addition A/S, and SAS Institute, with responsibilities spanning European and global markets.
He holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Copenhagen and an Executive MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Bager is stepping down following a period in which Auditdata launched new products and platforms, added major customers, and expanded its international presence.
