VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON – Audigy has appointed Camille White, COPM, as Senior Director of ENT Services, effective January 5, 2026. White brings more than three decades of healthcare leadership experience and a nationally recognized background in ENT practice administration.

In her new role, White will focus on expanding and strengthening Audigy’s medical services strategy, with an emphasis on supporting ENT practices through operational guidance, ancillary service development, and alignment between clinical and business priorities.

White previously built her career at the ENT Center of Central Georgia, where she advanced from Practice Administrator to overseeing six interconnected medical entities. These included a surgery center, imaging center, allergy services, and a hearing aid division, providing her with broad experience across clinical operations, business management, and strategic growth.

“Camille’s career has been defined by her ability to navigate the complexities of the ENT field with precision and vision. From our earliest conversations, it was clear that she represents a natural and compelling fit for Audigy. Her leadership style, passion for elevating practices, and commitment to challenging the status quo mirror our own values and long-term vision.”

–Kim Gilmore, President of Audigy

At Audigy, White will work closely with internal teams and ENT practices nationwide to help streamline operations, identify opportunities for expanded support, and guide leaders through an evolving healthcare environment. Her initial focus will include listening to current ENT members and increasing awareness of Audigy’s medical offerings.

“I am excited to bring my experience to Audigy and help elevate ENT support across the country,” White said. “No administrator or physician leader should feel like they have to go it alone. I look forward to building partnerships that help practices grow with confidence.”

White’s appointment aligns with Audigy’s strategic priorities over the next several years, which include preparing members for changes in patient expectations, technology adoption, and operational efficiency. Her experience is expected to contribute to the development of more personalized, data-driven, and technology-enabled solutions for Audigy’s network of medical partners.
