SCHAUMBURG, ILLINOIS — Natus Sensory, a global provider of sensory and diagnostic solutions, has announced a new strategic distribution partnership with Oaktree Products, a second-generation family-owned distributor of clinical supplies and diagnostic equipment serving the hearing healthcare industry.
According to the companies, the partnership is intended to broaden access to Natus Sensory’s diagnostic hearing assessment and fitting solutions across the United States by leveraging Oaktree’s established relationships with audiology practices, hearing instrument specialists, and ENT clinics.
Expanding reach through established channels
Through the partnership, Natus Sensory’s diagnostic technologies will be introduced to a wider network of audiology practices, supported by Oaktree’s customer relationships and experience serving the day-to-day needs of clinicians.
For the past 34 years, Oaktree Products has served hearing professionals by supplying a wide range of clinical products and equipment to audiologists, hearing instrument specialists, and ENT practices. The company is known in the industry as a “one-stop shop” for hearing professionals and has built long-standing customer relationships through its emphasis on reliability, product knowledge, and customer service.
A key component of the collaboration will involve Oaktree’s network of Special Instrument Dealers (SIDs), independent distributors who provide product expertise, sales support, and local service to audiology clinics.
Focus on diagnostic technology access
Company officials said the partnership is designed to create additional pathways for clinics to access diagnostic technologies through familiar distribution channels.
