STRUER, DENMARK — Sound Hub Denmark will host SOUND Pitch & Buzz #7 on Thursday, June 11, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders to showcase the latest innovations emerging from the world’s only dedicated SoundTech Accelerator.
The annual event marks the culmination of the accelerator’s six-month program, with eight international startups presenting technologies spanning hearing accessibility, healthcare, artificial intelligence, live events, and music technology. This year’s cohort was selected from 80 applicants, placing the participating companies among the top 10% of ventures seeking admission to the program.

Unlike many accelerator demo days, all eight startups have already secured investment and will present as companies preparing for their next stage of growth rather than seeking initial validation.
Diverse Applications for Sound Technology
The 2026 cohort reflects the expanding role of sound technology across multiple industries.
Among the companies presenting is Captify, which is developing captioning glasses designed for deaf and hard-of-hearing users, and Summitwave, which is creating innovative Auracast transmitter solutions for next-generation audio broadcasting and accessibility.
Other startups include:
- Captify builds captioning glasses for deaf and hard-of-hearing users;
- CSW Therapeutics is treating coronary artery disease with soundwaves;
- Just 4 Noise creates generative AI tools for musicians;
- StreamWerk delivers AI-powered summaries and insights from live events;
- Stress Point Health uses sound frequencies to regulate the nervous system;
- Summitwave develops Auracast transmitter solutions;
- SureShot turns crowd-filmed video into shareable event content; and
- WizeMice has built a multifunctional pedalboard for working musicians.
Together, the companies illustrate the growing diversity of applications for sound-based technologies, extending well beyond traditional audio products into healthcare, accessibility, artificial intelligence, and digital content creation.
Connecting Startups, Investors, and Industry
In addition to startup presentations, SOUND Pitch & Buzz will feature investor discussions, networking sessions, and updates on the SoundInvest fund. The event is designed to connect founders with potential investors, strategic partners, and collaborators from across Europe’s innovation ecosystem.

An investor panel will explore trends in SoundTech investment, while alumni from previous accelerator cohorts will share insights into their growth since completing the program.
The event will be moderated by Paul Tyler and includes keynote remarks from Lisa Stafford, founder of Tazaar.
Building a Global SoundTech Ecosystem
Sound Hub Denmark, located in Struer—often referred to as the “City of Sound”—has established itself as a leading innovation hub focused exclusively on SoundTech entrepreneurship. The organization has been recognized among the Financial Times’ Europe’s Leading Start-Up Hubs for three consecutive years and remains the only Danish hub to receive that distinction three times.
As applications for sound technologies continue to expand across hearing healthcare, consumer electronics, medical devices, AI, and entertainment, programs such as the SoundTech Accelerator are helping connect emerging companies with the expertise and investment needed to bring new innovations to market.
SOUND Pitch & Buzz #7 will take place June 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CEST at Sound Hub Denmark, Peter Bangs Vej 17, 7600 Struer, Denmark. Those interested to attend can visit here to register.
