LYNGE, DENMARK — WSA has appointed Peter Bøggild as its new Chief Financial Officer and a member of the company’s Executive Board & Committee. Bøggild will join the hearing healthcare group no later than December 1, 2026.
He succeeds Marianne Wiinholt, who stepped down at the end of August to pursue a portfolio of board and advisory roles.
Bøggild joins WSA following more than 21 years with Novo, where he held a number of senior finance positions. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Finance and Group Vice President of R&D Performance, Finance & Governance.
Jan Mäkelä, CEO of WSA, said Bøggild’s experience in finance, strategy and leadership within the life sciences industry will support the company as it continues executing its global strategy.
