Bob Nardi has spent 21 years in sales or sales management, most of it in health-related roles. During his career, he has worked in a variety of roles across multiple organizations. His positions included a government sales role where he helped build relationships and sales in the VA and DoD, a Key Account Specialist and into a management position. From his experience, he has gained tremendous insight into the clinic-distributor relationship and what makes that relationship a success.

There once was a very strong bond between a customer and their local distributor. They were partners and, in many cases, they grew up in the industry together, supporting each other along the way. Getting someone on the phone to help is often difficult. It’s time to start listening to customers and putting them at the forefront of everything we do.
