This change aligns Sorenson’s top mobile phone captioning solution with its popular CaptionCall home phone service.

The newly christened CaptionCall Mobile app provides real-time call captions with the same exceptional features and accuracy that made Olelo a top choice. Powered by advanced AI technology, the app is more accurate and faster than competing options based on independent testing.
CaptionCall Mobile captions phone conversations in real-time, displays transcripts for review after calls, and is offered free of charge through a federally funded program for people with hearing loss.

While the app’s captioning technology remains unchanged, the update features a streamlined brand identity and new name tying it to Sorenson’s CaptionCall home phone service. Additional changes include:
- Updated look and feel: The app now features CaptionCall’s signature teal branding and refreshed iconography.
- Enhanced accessibility: Continued focus on an intuitive interface and effortless setup for usability.
- Ongoing innovation: CaptionCall Mobile enhances past upgrades like Spanish language captions and will receive future updates as Sorenson develops new features.
