HAUPPAUGE, NEW YORK — Widex has announced the introduction of the Widex On-the-Go app, a new mobile application designed to support hearing care professionals (HCPs) by improving operational efficiency and fostering practice growth. The app is positioned as a tool to reduce administrative tasks, allowing HCPs to focus more on clinical activities that benefit their patients.

The app offers a range of features, including order tracking, real-time support, warranty status checking, and simplified ordering of Widex hearing aids. It is designed to enhance workflow from consultation through to fitting, reducing the administrative burden faced by HCPs.

Widex plans to continue updating the app with new features, such as biometric login and push notifications, to further enhance its functionality. The Widex On-the-Go app is available for Apple (iOS 13 or later) and Android (Android 5.1 and up) devices. HCPs can use their mywidexPRO login to customize the app according to their business needs and access account information seamlessly across devices.
