EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA — Blueprint Solutions has released a software update to its office management system, incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) features and expanded communication tools aimed at supporting practice operations and patient interactions.

The updated version of Blueprint OMS includes a new text messaging center designed to help practices manage patient communication.

It includes a voice-to-text feature, a library for standard messages, and AI-driven auto-replies to streamline communication. All conversations are organized in a user-friendly interface, allowing providers to take immediate action on the conversations, such as booking appointments, setting reminders, or assigning follow-ups to staff members as needed”
