Recent product updates include Caption Alert, which signals with flashing and vibration when an on-hold call resumes; hands-free calling via Siri; automated diagnostics to troubleshoot connectivity issues; and InnoCaption Bot, which displays captions on a separate screen during online video conference calls across platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex.
