The transaction marks a significant milestone for both companies. Knowles will continue to focus on its core markets, including high-performance capacitors, RF filtering products, and advanced micro-acoustic microphones for industrial and medical applications.
Meanwhile, Syntiant gains a robust portfolio of consumer MEMS microphone technology, strengthening its edge AI hardware and software integration capabilities.
