EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA — Blueprint Solutions, a provider of software solutions for hearing healthcare, announced a leadership transition that will take effect later this month. The company said Henrik Nielsen, President of Blueprint Solutions, will retire by January 20, 2026, concluding a 16-year tenure.

According to the announcement, Nielsen and his team expanded Blueprint Solutions’ presence into 25 markets. Nielsen will continue working with the leadership team through the transition period.
Blueprint Solutions also announced that Bridget Fritzke and Aleem Sunderji have been promoted to Vice President and will move into dual leadership roles effective January 20. Fritzke has spent 13 years with the company across business development, sales, marketing, customer service, and training. Sunderji, the company’s founder, is currently Chief Technology Officer.
