LAS VEGAS, NEVADA — ELEHEAR introduced Delight, a new FDA-registered over-the-counter hearing aid, at CES 2026 Unveiled. The device features a completely-in-canal (CIC) design and is intended to support discreet wear, comfort, and everyday use.
According to the company, Delight combines AI-driven sound processing with a compact form factor designed to sit fully within the ear canal. ELEHEAR said the product reflects its broader focus on improving accessibility and usability in hearing technology.
Design and Comfort
Delight is designed to fit fully inside the ear canal and incorporates an ergonomic ear-wing structure intended to improve stability and comfort during extended wear. ELEHEAR said the design distributes pressure evenly within the ear canal and is suitable for daily activities, including light exercise.

Sound Processing and Performance
At the core of the device is ELEHEAR’s proprietary VOCCLEAR® AI engine, which is said to continuously analyze the listening environment to support speech clarity while reducing background noise.
Reported features include noise reduction of up to 24 dB, amplification of up to 45 dB, and feedback suppression designed to reduce whistling. ELEHEAR noted that the device was demonstrated in live, noisy environments during CES Unveiled.
Connectivity and Additional Features
In addition to sound processing, Delight includes Bluetooth® 5.3 connectivity for wireless streaming. ELEHEAR also highlighted support for real-time translation in 20 languages, sound therapy options such as white noise for tinnitus comfort, and an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance.
The company described Delight as a wearable hearing solution designed to support communication and daily use rather than a traditional medical device experience.
Availability
The ELEHEAR Delight is available for pre-order, with pricing starting at $299 for a limited time. During the pre-sale period, the company is offering a 60-day trial to allow users to evaluate the product in real-world listening environments.
