HIMSA has announced that its cloud-based Noah ES platform has surpassed 5,000 users worldwide, marking a significant milestone in adoption over the past year.
According to the company, the number of Noah ES subscriptions has more than doubled during the past year, with the platform now reaching over 5,400 users across the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
Noah ES is positioned as a cloud-based alternative to the traditional Noah System, offering hearing care providers access to patient data and system functionality without the need for on-site infrastructure.
Shift toward cloud-based systems
HIMSA said increasing awareness of the platform’s capabilities has contributed to the growth, as more hearing care businesses transition from locally hosted systems to cloud-based solutions.
Among the features cited by the company are remote access and centralized data management, allowing clinicians and staff to access patient records from multiple locations. The system also supports networking across clinics, enabling multiple offices to operate within a single patient database.
In addition, Noah ES is designed to reduce the need for local database maintenance. HIMSA noted that the platform manages functions such as data backups and storage, while supporting compliance with regional data protection regulations.
Integration with practice management systems
HIMSA also reported that seven member companies have integrated and certified their practice management systems with Noah ES, expanding compatibility and offering users a wider range of workflow options.
The company said these integrations are intended to support more streamlined operations for hearing care providers using the platform.
HIMSA encourages interested providers to learn more about Noah ES through its website, where a 30-day trial is available.
