Oticon has introduced Oticon Reveal™, a new hearing aid platform featuring what the company describes as the world’s first Dual AI system for hearing aids.
The new platform uses two dedicated AI systems—one focused on speech and another on contextual sounds—with the goal of providing clearer speech while preserving meaningful sounds in the surrounding environment. Oticon Reveal also incorporates a new feedback management system and connectivity platform designed to improve stability and wireless range.
According to Oticon, the Dual AI system operates continuously across listening environments in real time without compromising battery life, comfort, size, or discretion.
New BrainHearing™ Insights: Speech and Context
Oticon says the development of Reveal builds on its BrainHearing™ approach and research examining how the brain uses both speech and surrounding contextual information to understand a listening environment.
Rather than focusing primarily on speech through aggressive AI-based noise reduction, the company says its new approach seeks to maintain a balance between speech clarity and relevant contextual sounds. Oticon cites research suggesting that optimal understanding occurs at a natural balance point where speech remains clear while useful contextual information is preserved.1

Dual AI System
The Dual AI system consists of two dedicated AI systems operating together in real time. Speech AI continuously identifies and enhances speech from people around the user, while Context AI recognizes and balances surrounding contextual sounds.
Oticon reports that the system provides industry-leading access to speech2,3 while preserving meaningful contextual sounds.4 The company also reports a 60% stronger brain response5 and describes the platform as offering the industry’s best combination of speed and precision in AI sound processing.6

Reveal AI™ Platform and Feedback Management
Oticon Reveal is powered by the new Reveal AI™ platform, which integrates both AI systems and is designed to provide continuous support across changing listening environments.
The platform also introduces Reveal Optimizer™, Oticon’s latest feedback management technology. According to company data, Reveal Optimizer provides 30% faster feedback prevention and four times greater precision, increasing available headroom and fitting stability.7
Oticon reports that the system can provide up to 25 dB more gain than top competing devices.8
New Connectivity Platform
Oticon Reveal also introduces a new connectivity platform designed to improve signal strength, streaming stability, and wireless range.9 The hearing aids support hands-free calls and audio streaming from compatible devices.
As a Made for iPhone® and optimized-for-Android™ hearing aid, Reveal supports Bluetooth® LE Audio and Auracast™ broadcast audio technology.
Oticon says Reveal is designed to give hearing care professionals a solution that provides access to both speech and contextual sounds while supporting all-day use across different listening environments.10
According to the company, the new Oticon Reveal will be available to order starting August 24, 2026.
