American Hearing Aid Associates (AHAA), a nationwide network of audiology and hearing healthcare professionals announced that, as of October 1, 2018, it has changed its corporate name to Consult YHN.

According to a company press release, this rebrand represents Consult YHN’s commitment to its 25-year mission to help independent hearing healthcare providers thrive in a competitive marketplace and to help more patients hear well and stay connected to the world around them.

Consult YHN members now have access to national leads and services in addition to the same custom and comprehensive business solutions that have been instrumental in driving substantial growth for their practices. Consult YHN will continue to partner with a variety of manufacturers to provide members with leading technology and devices for their patients.

“What our members value most about us is our ability to work one-on-one with them in their practices to implement strategies that drive growth and increased revenue and profits,” said Bill Urwin, Consult YHN’s President, who has 20 years’ experience in the hearing healthcare industry, including more than a decade helping to build Consult YHN (formally AHAA) into the industry’s leading value-add business. “In today’s world, hearing healthcare providers are looking for personalized resources that are strengthened by a national support system.”

For over two decades AHAA, now known as Consult YHN, has worked closely with practice owners to develop their leadership and business skills so that they can focus on treating as many patients as possible. The Consult YHN community is comprised of more than 2,000 hearing professionals, including private practices, ENT practices, hospitals, and other medical specialists.
