Pure Tinnitus entered the audiology field as a new telehealth startup in 2020. The company was founded by audiologist Dr. Ben Thompson in San Francisco, California with the mission of providing reliable telehealth tinnitus services. As of December 2021, the company has rebranded to Treble Health.
Treble Health will continue to offer telehealth consultations for patients seeking help for hearing loss or tinnitus. This includes independent consultations regarding selection of over-the-counter and online hearing aids. Treble Health utilizes a validated online hearing test to help guide decisions for patients, in addition to reviewing previous patient audiograms.
Treble Health will remain focused on providing the best user experience for tinnitus patients, with telehealth services incorporating aspects of Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT), mindfulness, and health coaching.
