GLENVIEW, ILLINOIS – Hearing care retailer Beltone announced today that it has been ranked #1 on Newsweek’s list of America’s Best Customer Service 2023 in the hearing care category after also recently being awarded Best in Hearing Care on its Best Retailer’s 2022 list.
This prestigious award is presented by Newsweek and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The awards list was announced on August 31st, 2022, and can be viewed on Newsweek’s website.

Beltone measures its Net Promoter Score (NPS) at the patient-provider level to track satisfaction among its patients and their experience with their local Beltone hearing care provider. And keeping on top of the score also helps identify areas that are working and where improvements may be needed.
With a current year-to-date average score of 76, which is considered ‘outstanding’ by NPS standards that are based between -100 to 100.
