• HHTM accepts research presented as poster presentations at major hearing discipline meetings.
  • Posters accepted for publication by HHTM must have been submitted to peer review for acceptance. This is the standard procedure for meetings such as the American Auditory Society (AAS), the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), Association for Research in Otolaryngology (ARO), American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA), American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (AAOHNS), and other organizational-managed meetings. If you have questions as to whether your poster research has been peer reviewed, please let us know.
  • Posters are accepted if the presentation has been given within the last three calendar years.
  • Posters must be submitted as they were presented but in PDF format. Your email should state the name of the meeting where the poster was presented and the year of the presentation. Include your contact email address.
