Amplifon Earns Recognition in Time Magazine’s Inaugural ‘World’s Best Companies’ List

MILAN, ITALY –– Time Magazine, in collaboration with market insights firm Statista, has included Amplifon among its list of the best companies in the world.

The rankings name 750 of the 10,000 major companies taken into consideration, each with a minimum annual turnover of $100 million and presence on at least two world regions. Amplifon comes under the Engineering, Manufacturing and Medical Technologies industry.

The “World’s Best Companies” rankings take into consideration the following three core metrics:

1. Revenue Growth: This metric reflects a company’s financial performance and its ability to consistently expand its market presence and revenue streams, demonstrating adaptability and innovation in a competitive market.

2. Employee Satisfaction: Acknowledging the significance of a motivated and content workforce, employee satisfaction is a crucial factor. Companies excelling in this area are known for fostering a conducive work environment that enhances employee loyalty and productivity.

3. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): In an era marked by social and environmental consciousness, CSR initiatives have gained prominence. Companies committed to sustainable and ethical business practices are recognized for their contributions to society and environmental stewardship.

The company’s inclusion in the World’s Best Companies rankings joins other similar acknowledgments received by Amplifon in 2023, from Top Employer certification for Europe, the United States, and New Zealand to its appearance in the 100 Most Loved Workplaces list by Newsweek magazine.
