SOMERSET, NEW JERSEY — Oticon, Inc. announced today that it will end its supply arrangement with OneSource Hearing LLC, effective September 15, 2025. The company expects no disruption to existing customer services.
This change is part of Oticon’s strategy to provide products either directly or through select strategic partners.
Hearing care professionals affected by the shift will still have access to Oticon products by purchasing directly from Oticon, Inc. or through its strategic partners beginning September 15, 2025. Customers are encouraged to contact their Oticon account managers in advance for guidance to ensure a smooth transition.

This announcement comes just weeks after Sonova USA revealed it will terminate its product supply arrangement with CQ Partners LLC—owned by Demant, Oticon’s parent company—effective September 13, 2025.
