The expansion increases the company’s total retail presence to more than 11,000 locations across the United States.
The addition of Target marks a further step in expanding access to hearing care through retail channels, placing OTC hearing devices in a widely accessible consumer environment.

Audien’s OTC hearing aids are FDA-regulated and designed for ease of use, comfort, and performance. The devices feature rechargeable batteries and are positioned as a lower-cost alternative to traditional hearing aids. Products are available in Target’s health and wellness aisles as well as online, allowing consumers to purchase hearing solutions without a prescription.
The company stated that the expansion reflects broader changes in the hearing care market, where retail availability and direct-to-consumer models are increasing access to hearing technology.
