Jabra Enhance has launched its next-generation M Series, a new lineup of three FDA-cleared self-fitting hearing aids: the Enhance Select M3, M2, and M1.

The flagship Enhance Select M3 is described by the company as the world’s smallest rechargeable micro receiver-in-ear (RIE) hearing aid and introduces Jabra Enhance’s latest speech and noise-management features.

New SoundScape Speech Technology

The Enhance Select M3 uses Jabra Enhance’s proprietary SoundScape™ speech-clarity technology, which is designed to prioritize speech, reduce background noise, and preserve awareness of surrounding sounds.

The system includes two key features:

  • Auto Focus: Speech-tracking technology designed to lock onto speech and improve clarity in complex listening environments such as busy restaurants or crowded spaces.
  • Advanced Adaptive Listening: Automatically analyzes the wearer’s environment in real time and adjusts noise reduction and volume levels accordingly.

In-App Self-Tuning and Virtual Audiology Support

The new M Series also introduces an in-app self-tuning feature built around an FDA-cleared self-fitting hearing test. Users listen and respond to tones through the Jabra Enhance app, which then automatically adjusts the hearing aids based on the results.

According to the company, the test can be repeated and reapplied over time as a user’s hearing needs change.

Jabra Enhance says the self-tuning process expands the number of frequencies tested compared with standard online hearing tests and uses the hearing aids themselves to conduct the assessment. This approach is designed to incorporate each wearer’s individual ear canal acoustics into the initial personalization.

The company’s audiology team can then use those results to make more advanced programming adjustments not available through self-tuning alone, including changes to microphone directionality, compression, advanced noise reduction, and wind reduction.

“Offering self-tuning alongside our telehealth services combines the complex mechanics of hearing tests with the judgment of trained, state-licensed hearing professionals, helping make hearing aids more accessible to all. By putting personalization directly in customers’ hands we hope to further empower consumers, while ensuring they also have access to convenient, comprehensive care”

–Steve Jacobs, President of Jabra Enhance

Customers who purchase qualifying M Series hearing aids directly from Jabra Enhance and certain resellers receive three years of virtual audiology services, including access to the company’s team of state-licensed U.S. hearing professionals.

Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast Readiness

The new M Series also includes updated connectivity features, including hands-free calling with TapControl, Bluetooth LE Audio streaming for calls, music, and media, and readiness for Bluetooth Auracast™ with compatible iOS and Android devices.

Additional features include:

  • Long-Lasting Power: More than 24 hours of listening on a single charge. The included compact charging case provides three full charges on the go.
  • Enhanced Sound Quality: A dedicated Music mode designed to improve the sound quality of live music.
  • Mobile App Control: Allows users to personalize and control hearing aid settings, manage streamed music, and take calls.
  • Comprehensive Support: Lifetime customer service, technical support, and troubleshooting from the U.S.-based Customer Support Team, along with three years of audiology services, a three-year warranty, and loss-and-damage coverage when purchased directly from Jabra Enhance and certain resellers.**
