Five years ago, in July 2021, This Week in Hearing launched with a simple goal: to connect our audience with the people, ideas, and innovations shaping the world of hearing. Since then, the platform has grown into one of the hearing industry’s leading sources for timely, thoughtful conversations, with more than 350 episodes featuring many of the field’s most influential voices.
Over the past five years, This Week in Hearing has explored a wide range of topics—from hearing technology, cochlear implants, tinnitus, hearing science, and clinical innovation to consumer audio, accessibility, entrepreneurship, public policy, and emerging research. Along the way, the series has welcomed clinicians, researchers, CEOs, engineers, entrepreneurs, advocates, policymakers, and other thought leaders from across the global hearing community, each bringing unique perspectives on the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of hearing.
As we celebrate our 5 year anniversary, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to the hundreds of guests who have generously shared their expertise, as well as the viewers, listeners, and supporters who have made this milestone possible. While much has changed over the past five years, our mission remains the same: to bring forward the most relevant, insightful conversations from across the world of hearing.
To celebrate this milestone, we’re highlighting 10 memorable conversations over the past 12 months that reflect the breadth of topics and voices featured on This Week in Hearing over the past year.
